Description

You will lead Calyxo's Sourcing and Procurement department, developing strategic roadmaps and category strategies to support high growth. You'll partner with new product and sustaining teams to optimize supplier relationships and ensure material availability.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of relevant sourcing/procurement experience in Medical Device industry
• Proven experience managing a Direct Spend category (raw materials, components)
• Strong project management skills
• Self-starter able to operate in ill-defined environments
• Excellent business partner engagement and influencing skills

Responsibilities

• Lead Sourcing and Procurement Department, including enterprise-wide supplier spend
• Develop and own 3-5 year strategic roadmap for processes and systems
• Serve as Supply Chain primary point of contact for New Product Development
• Develop category strategies for cost, quality, risk mitigation, and scale
• Lead sourcing activities and supplier governance
