Description

You will act as a subject matter expert in sourcing techniques and tools, conduct interviews, engage passive candidates, build talent maps, and represent the company's brand, all while collaborating with Production leaders to define hiring needs and improve processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience as a high-volume sourcer for technical roles
• 3+ years client interaction experience with Hiring Managers and Directors
• Experience recruiting at an agency and fast-paced startup for Hardware, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering roles
• Experience managing various high-volume pipelines of candidates
• Highly autonomous, collaborative, and adaptable

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert in prospecting techniques and tools
• Conduct interviews and demonstrate ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences
• Engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Boolean strings, referral and SOBO campaigns
• Drive diverse talent into the organization ensuring positive candidate experience
• Build talent maps to generate market insights and inform engagement strategy
