💼 About This Role

You'll oversee maintenance operations for advanced composite processing equipment in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Your work ensures equipment reliability and EH&S compliance while supporting critical AI Infrastructure and semiconductor applications. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with installation and qualification of new manufacturing equipment.
• Identify equipment reliability issues and implement continuous improvements.
• Develop and update SOPs and PM checklists with EH&S considerations.
• Perform scheduled PM on hot presses, robots, ovens, and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic malfunctions.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 3+ years as Equipment Technician or Maintenance Technician in manufacturing.
• Experience with EH&S programs and regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V and read schematics.

✨ Nice to Have

• Electrician experience or certification.
• Experience with CMMS platforms like eMaint, Fiix, or SAP PM.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or TPM practices.
