Description

As a CNA with BAYADA, you'll provide personal care, household support, and companion care to help adults stay safe and independent at home. You'll follow a registered nurse's plan of care and develop close relationships with clients while assisting with daily living activities.

Requirements

• At least one year of work experience
• Completed a recognized CNA training course and certification
• Passion for caregiving and helping others
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect
• Commitment to being present and providing quality care

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care
• Household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making
• Meal preparation and feeding
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and mechanical lifting devices
• Medication reminders and vital sign checks
