💼 About This Role
You'll lead and scale Samba's Programmatic Account Management team across EMEA, acting as the primary support layer for programmatic audience products. You'll drive revenue retention and expansion while serving as the connective tissue between Sales, Product, and Platform partners. This role requires a leader who combines strategic leadership with operational rigor in a high-growth environment.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Drive programmatic revenue retention and expansion through full campaign lifecycle
- Serve as strategic advisor and escalation point for complex account issues
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Programmatic Account Managers across EMEA
- Evaluate and manage DSP, SSP, and DMP partner relationships to ensure effective activation
📋 Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in programmatic advertising including 5+ years managing teams
- 3+ years of quota-carrying or revenue-accountable experience with proven client growth
- Hands-on experience executing programmatic campaigns within DSPs like The Trade Desk, DV360, or Xandr
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Databricks, and BI tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience managing multi-market or international EMEA teams
- Up-to-date knowledge of CTV, programmatic video, identity resolution, and audience measurement
