Description

You will provide legal support on structured product business, draft and review agreements, conduct legal research, and work with external counsel and international affiliates on legal matters and ad hoc projects. You'll also assist with legal and regulatory queries related to market transactions.

Requirements

• Qualified in Hong Kong or other common law jurisdiction from law firm or financial institutions
• Minimum 1 year PQE
• Experience in Structured products, DCM, Global markets, or Derivatives
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese
