You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience at a music and pop culture retailer. You'll help train new recruits, manage daily operations, and meet sales targets. This role is ideal for fandom enthusiasts looking to grow in a dynamic retail environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return customers
• Step in and provide leadership support when the manager is away
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to merchandise products and lift up to 50 pounds
