🎯 What You'll Do

• Create engaging brand materials that reflect BJAK's visual identity
• Evolve brand system for consistency across marketing and product
• Collaborate with marketing, content, product, and performance teams
• Design for consumers, partners, and internal teams adapting brand expression

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in brand design or related roles
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling and consistency
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion tools
• Ability to work quickly and manage iterations under tight timelines

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in performance marketing or fast-paced startup environments
• Basic motion graphics, sound editing, or VFX skills
• Experience with design systems, templates, or brand libraries
