Description
You will design and execute global partner-centric growth programs to accelerate customer acquisition and activation for entrepreneur and SMB segments. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive PLG and ecosystem-led initiatives, building scalable playbooks and co-marketing frameworks to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years in partner marketing, ecosystem marketing, or growth marketing, ideally global
- Proven ability to design data-driven growth programs with measurable outcomes through partners
- Strong understanding of PLG mechanics, lifecycle marketing, and customer activation funnels
- Experience with technology partners, platforms, or marketplaces in global marketing context
- Analytical, metrics-driven, able to translate data into actionable insights
Responsibilities
- Design and execute global partner-centric growth programs for customer acquisition and activation
- Identify and activate high-impact technology partners aligned with PLG and ecosystem strategy
- Own end-to-end execution of ecosystem growth initiatives from concept through optimization
- Develop scalable co-marketing frameworks across lifecycle, digital media, and in-product surfaces
- Build repeatable playbooks and operating models for global scale across partner tiers
