You'll build the systems that automate digital work at Neuralink, enabling scientists and engineers to use agents for data investigation and debugging. Your core impact is determining how fast the rest of the company can move by owning the agent platform. This role offers the chance to shape a rapidly growing surface area as more teams adopt agents.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the stack: dispatchers, worker pools, identity, LLM proxies, session memory, and skills
• Pair with engineers to debug agent timeouts and performance issues
• Write new skills to give agents access to internal systems
• Prioritize roadmap and decide highest-value projects

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• Built production software used by real users
• Ability to talk to users and translate workflows into reliable agent tools
• Comfortable with ambiguity and first-of-its-kind builds
