You'll be the technical anchor for weekend operations at Commonwealth Fusion Systems, ensuring production of high-temperature superconducting magnets runs safely and efficiently. You'll lead through influence, make sound decisions under pressure, and turn first-time challenges into scalable, repeatable processes in a fast-paced FOAK manufacturing environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary technical leader for weekend operations
• Train, mentor, and elevate technician performance
• Troubleshoot non-conformances in real time
• Maintain rhythm and flow of production

📋 Requirements

• BS in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
• 3+ years of hands-on manufacturing engineering experience
• Proficient with NX (CAD) and Teamcenter (PLM)
• Experience with Jira, Slack, Odoo or similar ERP systems

✨ Nice to Have

• 8+ years in high-complexity assembly environments
• Experience with insulation systems similar to electric motor industry
• Knowledge of SPC and FMEA
