💼 About This Role

You'll own the supply-side growth engine for a fast-growing AI data company, building growth strategy and funnel analytics for a global talent marketplace. You'll treat talent acquisition as a growth problem, scaling top-of-funnel through multi-channel acquisition, experimentation, and automation. This is a ground-floor opportunity as the first dedicated growth marketing hire at a Series B startup backed by NVIDIA and Lionel Messi's VC.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own global talent acquisition funnel as a growth problem
• Launch and optimize paid channels (social, search, programmatic)
• Analyze channel performance and run experiments to improve conversion
• Build growth systems to onboard 500-1000+ contributors in 2-3 weeks

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in growth marketing or marketplace growth roles
• Proven track record scaling high-volume funnels
• Strong analytical skills with funnel analysis and ROI modeling
• Bias for leverage and automation — eliminate manual work

• Experience with AI/ML data operations or annotation workforces
• Experience with growth tooling (ATS, CRM, workflow automation)
