Description

You will lead a complex Transition Transformation project for a manufacturing client in Northern Germany, overseeing the shift from an existing IT service provider to a new one. You'll ensure delivery on time, within scope, and compliant with contracts, while coaching the client's team and coordinating governance across European locations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as Senior Project Manager in IT Outsourcing
• Demonstrable track record managing complex Transition Transformation projects
• Fluency in German required
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and sign NDA

Responsibilities

• Lead transition of end-user services including User Help Desk and Service Management to new provider
• Coach customer's project team on contract-compliant implementation of T T project
• Establish governance and committee structures, coordinating project management across two European locations
• Monitor project schedule, T T milestones, and cooperation obligations of both customer and new provider
• Support internal/external stakeholder communication and create weekly/monthly management reporting
