💼 About This Role

You'll lead growth strategies across DHS, DOJ, and DOS by leveraging market insight and customer relationships to shape and capture high-impact opportunities. Your work will drive sustained value and expand the company's market presence in national security. This role partners closely with Operations, Capture, and Solutions teams to translate strategy into winning outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify, qualify, and shape new business opportunities across DHS, DOJ, and DOS components.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior government stakeholders (GS-13+).
• Represent MetroStar at industry events to promote capabilities and expand market presence.
• Support RFP/RFI responses and collaborate with Capture, Operations, and Solutions teams.

📋 Requirements

• Active Secret clearance.
• Established executive-level relationships across National Security agencies (DHS, DOJ, DOS).
• Proven ability to develop account strategies and manage a qualified pipeline to win high-value opportunities.
• Track record of capturing and closing large complex deals ($50M+).
