💼 About This Role

You'll lead daily warehouse operations at our Oakland Roasting Plant, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately. You'll support a detail-oriented team and drive continuous improvement while upholding safety and quality standards. This role offers a chance to grow within a values-driven company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead shipping team to meet order deadlines across online, retail, and wholesale.
• Utilize WMS scanners for receiving, putaway, and inventory movement.
• Wrap and label pallets with lot codes and expiration info.
• Participate in weekly cycle counts and end-of-month inventory.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of warehouse or packaging experience.
• 1+ years in a lead role in a warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to policies.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 6-8 hours.

• ServSafe Food Handler certification.
• Forklift experience.
