💼 About This Role

You'll manage mechanical supply chains for Starlink user terminals and Ground Stations at SpaceX's vertically integrated facility in Bastrop, TX. You'll develop cost-saving strategies, build supplier relationships, and drive cross-functional teams to support production. This role offers direct impact on SpaceX's mission to enable human life on Mars.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and manage supply base for solar and battery commodities
• Provide weekly team status reporting and escalate issues
• Train and mentor team members for continuous improvement
• Negotiate contracts and manage costs for production equipment

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in engineering, purchasing, or supply chain
• Experience in contract negotiation
• Experience in material or production planning
• Experience in capital equipment sourcing
