💼 About This Role

You'll drive projects and processes for Meter's global partner network, ensuring every deployment is executed with precision. Your core impact is creating a first-of-its-kind, partner-first networking product that scales hundreds of simultaneous installations. This role is unique because the product to support this work does not yet exist—you'll help build it.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review upcoming install pipeline and coordinate site readiness checks.
• Balance partner capacity, customer readiness, and internal dependencies.
• Run bid processes, define scopes, and validate quotes.
• Identify bottlenecks and create scalable playbooks and systems.

📋 Requirements

• Experience managing field projects and logistics from bidding to scheduling.
• Data-driven with ability to spot bottlenecks and build scalable solutions.
• Proven ability to build relationships, onboard, and coach partners.
• Excellent communication skills for aligning stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
