💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Contracts Administration team to ensure union contract setups and operational support meet SLAs. Your core impact is owning the Salesforce-first workflow, managing escalations, and driving process improvements. This role stands out for partnering cross-functionally with Labor Relations and Product/Engineering to improve workflows and reduce risk.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead Contracts Administration team daily operations and SLA adherence
• Own Salesforce contracts intake and case management process
• Manage escalations and exception handling with union payroll
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve workflows

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in contracts administration or related role
• 2-3 years of people management experience
• Strong knowledge of entertainment union agreements (SAG-AFTRA, DGA, IATSE, Teamsters)
• Experience with CRM or case-management workflows (Salesforce preferred)

• Experience in production payroll operations
• Ability to translate contract terms into operational requirements
• Proven success implementing process improvements
