You'll drive cross-tribe program delivery for Enterprise Engineering at the heart of a fast-scaling, product-led organization. You will connect four engineering tribes to ensure seamless delivery of high-impact initiatives. This role offers the chance to shape an automation-first platform that powers growth and operational excellence across the enterprise.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive program delivery for 2–4 cross-tribe initiatives
• Maintain single source of truth for dependency mapping
• Run weekly program syncs, biweekly steering, monthly reviews
• Own change-freeze windows and risk management

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years in technical program management or adjacent role
• Track record of driving program involving 3+ engineering teams to hard deadline
• Comfortable with dependencies and sequencing using RAID logs, critical path
• Working fluency with Jira and Notion

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in regulated environments (gambling, fintech, healthcare)
• Identity, ERP, HRIS, or Google/M365 migration exposure
• Familiarity with PMT/EM dual-leadership models
