💼 About This Role

You'll provide psychoeducational assessments and intervention support across Rocketship's Milwaukee campuses, helping create inclusive learning environments where all students can thrive. You'll partner with teachers, families, and school leaders to ensure high-quality special education programming and compliance. This role focuses on meaningful inclusion and multi-tiered systems of support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead psychoeducational assessments and behavior assessments
• Write compliant assessment reports and present findings at IEP meetings
• Consult on MTSS systems and student intervention planning
• Partner with teachers and families on inclusive supports

📋 Requirements

• Valid Wisconsin School Psychologist license or applicable state credential
• Master’s degree in School Psychology
• Strong understanding of special education evaluation processes and compliance
• Commitment to inclusion model and closing the achievement gap

✨ Nice to Have

• Nationally Certified School Psychologist credential
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Experience with Multi-Tiered Systems of Support
