Description

You will lead the origination and execution of data center infrastructure and utility-scale solar projects, driving pipeline growth from site selection through development and handover to third-party data center developers.

Requirements

• Experience in data center or utility-scale solar and energy storage development
• Proven ability to manage full development lifecycle from site origination through handover
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills for land acquisition and permitting
• Knowledge of environmental, geotechnical, title/survey, and interconnection due diligence
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including legal, finance, and engineering

Responsibilities

• Originate, evaluate, and advance data center land sites through development stage including site control, zoning, entitlements, permitting, and infrastructure readiness
• Coordinate with origination, engineering, legal, finance and other teams to advance projects from inception to NTP
• Lead site-level diligence for data center land opportunities including land use, environmental constraints, utility availability, and transmission proximity
• Develop and execute land acquisition strategies, negotiating options, leases, purchase agreements, easements, title, and survey
• Advance entitlement and permitting pathways (rezoning, site plan approvals, conditional use permits) and coordinate handover packages for buyers
