You'll lead shifts at a new LA location, setting the standard for hospitality and matcha-forward service. You'll build culture and pride from the ground up, making every customer and team member feel valued. Coach in the moment and hold the bar high to ensure consistent quality.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead shifts, directing and coaching the team while owning the floor.
• Train new team members alongside the General Manager.
• Delight customers with consistent, welcoming hospitality.
• Maintain a clean, organized environment per health and company standards.
• Handle customer or team issues calmly and positively.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in a customer service leadership role, preferably hospitality or coffee.
• 18+ years of age.
• Able to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods.
• Availability for full-time schedule including weekends and holidays.
