Description

You will oversee multiple reconditioning lines within an Inspection Reconditioning Center, planning production and managing facilities to meet targets in production, cost, and quality when the General Manager is not onsite. You'll identify bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis, and execute action plans with leadership. You'll also guide daily huddles, support continuous improvement projects, and foster growth in the Reconditioning Lead and Manager populations.

Requirements

• 8+ years management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Experience leading a team of 50+ associates and developing employees
• Proven ability to solve operational challenges through root cause analysis
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record
• Willingness to relocate nationwide or regionally
