Description

As an Occupational Therapist with InHome Therapy, you will provide in-home services to adult and geriatric patients in The Villages area. Your role involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and helping them regain independence in daily activities. This position offers flexible scheduling, consistent patient volume, and a supportive team environment.

Requirements

• Active occupational therapy (OT) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
• Comfort with technology: email, texting, EMR systems

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop treatment goals
• Implement therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate home health care documentation per Medicare standards
