💼 About This Role

You'll synchronize Senior Military Engagement Program efforts across Combatant Commands as an enterprise-level integrator for USSOCOM J39. You'll act as the connective layer between stakeholders to ensure agile execution and mission alignment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate and synchronize SMEP support across multiple Combatant Commands
• Manage prioritization and allocation of contractor personnel based on mission needs
• Serve as primary interface between USSOCOM J39, TSOCs, and CCMD stakeholders
• Identify and resolve resourcing gaps and mission friction points

📋 Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
• Current PMP or PgMP certification
• 3+ years supporting USSOCOM J39 or related programs within last 7 years

• 10+ years leading Information Operations or OIE-related programs
• Formal education in PSYOP or IO
• Experience coordinating across CCMDs, TSOCs, or joint/SOF environments
