Description

You will lead troubleshooting and maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, irrigation, and security systems in a residential property. You'll respond to maintenance requests within 24 hours, ensure safety compliance, and deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements

• 2-5 years experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in residential property management
• HVAC, EPA Certification strongly preferred
• Expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or appliance repair
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform physical tasks
• Reliable transportation and availability for after-hours emergencies

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and adjust control systems for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, irrigation, and security systems
• Respond to maintenance requests within 24 hours
• Complete preventative maintenance inspections
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and fair housing laws
• Work weekends/evenings and be on call for emergencies
