🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive end-to-end development of backend services and APIs
• Build, maintain, and scale reliable infrastructure and web services
• Optimize backend systems for performance, scale, and maintainability
• Contribute to open-source SDKs, libraries, and tools

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer
• Strong computer science fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, distributed systems
• Proficiency in backend development with Go, Python, Rust, Java, C++, or similar
• Experience deploying and operating production web services at scale

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience working on blockchain or financial technology
• Passionate about open-source software with contributions
• Experience with Go
