🎯 What You'll Do

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in strategic operations, staffing, or resource management in technical environments.
• Proven track record in process optimization and aligning resources with business priorities.
• Strong analytical skills with Salesforce and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Hex, BigQuery).
• Exceptional negotiation and diplomacy skills to align competing priorities.
