You'll own deployment and activation success across a customer portfolio, embedding deeply into organizations to turn AI investment into measurable outcomes. You'll design and execute strategies that drive adoption, building champion networks and running customized workshops. This hybrid role is based in San Francisco.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own activation and platform success for customer portfolio
• Build champion communities and advocate networks
• Facilitate live and virtual training workshops
• Collaborate cross-functionally to refine adoption materials

📋 Requirements

• 9+ years in customer success or activation
• Deep experience understanding customer use cases and workflows
• Experience implementing activation strategies like champion programs and workshops
• Proven ability to build advocate networks and power user communities

• Experience with AI or technical products
• Program management skills
• Ability to travel 25% domestically and internationally
