Description

Lead the commercial development of Inspire Therapy for Obstructive Sleep Apnea in the Rochester, NY region. You will hire and manage a sales and clinical support team, train new medical centers, drive patient flow, and foster a performance-based culture. Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve sales quotas and quality objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technical/scientific field or business/communications
• 5+ years field sales leadership in medical/pharmaceutical industry
• Proven track record building high-performing teams
• Strong communication and leadership presence
• MBA preferred; experience with disruptive technologies preferred
