You'll support strategic real estate decision-making by managing portfolio data and building predictive models for a dynamic client portfolio at Waymo. Your work will drive operational excellence through actionable insights and business case development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of portfolio data and KPIs.
• Formalize demand forecasts into real estate requirement documents.
• Build and maintain supply/demand models for long-term planning.
• Produce standardized reports and strategic briefings for leadership.
• Define technical requirements for analytics dashboards.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Information Systems, or related quantitative field.
• 4 years of experience in data analysis, corporate real estate, or business intelligence.
• Technical writing ability for clear documentation and process workflows.
• Analytical rigor with large dataset management and accuracy.

• Advanced Excel, SQL, Python, Looker.
• Strategic thinking and financial acumen.
• Client relationship management experience.
