💼 About This Role

You'll be the operational heartbeat of our El Segundo headquarters, architecting the employee experience from onboarding to offboarding. You'll own office operations and culture-building events that keep our team connected. This role blends HR admin, event planning, and facilities management in a high-growth tech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes
• Plan monthly small events and quarterly offsites
• Oversee office upkeep, vendor relations, and supply procurement
• Maintain employee records and assist with benefits inquiries

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in People Ops, Office Management, or high-level Admin role
• Basic understanding of CA labor laws and workplace compliance
• Experience juggling event planning for 50+ people with office inventory
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a high-growth tech or manufacturing startup
• Deep local knowledge of El Segundo and South Bay area
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms like Rippling, Gusto, Slack, Notion, Asana
