Description

You will manage a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center, overseeing the movement of cars, meeting production targets, and ensuring quality standards. You'll coach and develop your team to create a positive, efficient work environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record in last 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Demonstrated functional expertise in reconditioning process and lean principles
• Ability to communicate effectively and multitask in fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage car movement into and out of the Inspection Center to meet production and quality goals
• Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned team; identify strengths and weaknesses for improvement
• Coach, develop, and performance-manage team; provide feedback and demonstrate desired skills
• Ensure adherence to systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards
• Review and approve identified mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory
