📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience leading operational or strategic initiatives in a fast-paced technology environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Excellent communication skills simplifying complex operational topics for different audiences.
