Description

You will define and deliver internal tools that power Relay's operations, focusing on contract management and billing (Cirrus) and account management configuration (HQ). You'll act as the bridge between engineering and internal users (Sales, CS), leveraging AI and automation to streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

Drive the product roadmap for Cirrus and HQ
Write detailed user stories and participate in sprint planning
Serve as primary point of contact for Sales and CS, guiding order entry and troubleshooting
Document and prioritize internal team feedback
Develop release notes and training materials to drive adoption
