💼 About This Role

You'll drive adoption of Docker technologies across our partner ecosystem, designing scalable enablement programs and supporting joint go-to-market motions. You'll serve as the technical advisor for strategic partnerships with ISVs, CSPs, and SIs, influencing product roadmaps and building technical content like integration guides. This high-impact role reports to the Sr. Director of Solutions Engineering.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deliver scalable enablement programs (e.g., learning paths, certifications).
• Conduct 1:1 technical enablement for strategic partners (workshops, deep-dives).
• Collaborate with partner and Docker sales teams on joint account planning and co-selling.
• Author reusable technical content such as integration guides and architectural diagrams.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in solutions engineering or partner engineering at a developer tools company.
• Deep technical understanding of Docker, containers, and CI/CD/DevSecOps practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure technologies.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Familiarity with application security and software supply chain security (SBOMs, image scanning).
• Experience building scalable enablement content and delivering 1-to-many technical education.
• Willingness to travel ~30% for partner sites and events.
