🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a portfolio of global client partnerships as senior advisor and escalation point.
• Shape strategic direction and activation of global sponsorship programmes.
• Drive commercial growth by expanding partnerships and identifying revenue opportunities.
• Mentor global client leadership teams ensuring excellence and collaboration.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years in relevant agency or client-based sports/entertainment experience.
• Deep knowledge of Formula One ecosystem.
• Strong expertise in sports partnership marketing and integrated campaign development.
• Experience managing multi-faceted global teams and multiple accounts.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with motorsports beyond F1.
• Familiarity with client service frameworks and operational processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
