Requirements

• 1-3 years experience with a creative team or in digital marketing
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Proficiency in Excel, G-Suite, and AI tools like Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT

Responsibilities

• Facilitate internal communication across teams and departments
• Support preparation and maintenance of client updates, presentations, and asset trackers
• Maintain tasks and asset delivery in Asana and other project management tools
• Coordinate with creator network to ensure timely asset delivery
• Compile campaign performance metrics and create reporting decks
