💼 About This Role

You'll provide onsite diagnostic and repair for data center hardware at customer sites within a 120-mile radius of Dallas, TX. You'll ensure timely, effective service per SLAs while managing parts inventory and documentation. This role offers career growth and profit sharing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to customer system failures with hardware service and diagnostics
• Analyze error logs and troubleshoot servers, storage, and SANs
• Manage inventory, return parts, and complete administrative tasks
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation

📋 Requirements

• Experience with OEM data center hardware
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive to customer sites
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Must pass customer background screenings
