๐ผ About This Role
You'll act as the primary finance partner to Sales leaders across Field Sales, Channel, and Customer Experience, driving annual planning, forecasting, and monthly close for Sales OPEX. You'll enable efficient growth by translating financial trends into actionable insights and streamlining workflows.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Partner with Sales leaders on financial planning and analysis
- Own annual planning, quarterly forecasting, monthly close for Sales OPEX
- Translate financial results into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders
- Align headcount, program spend, and productivity assumptions with Sales and Ops
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, accounting or related field
- 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience supporting Sales in SaaS companies
- Advanced Excel skills and financial forecasting systems (Adaptive preferred)
- Salesforce.com reporting and mainstream ERP (NetSuite) experience
