You'll assist Project Managers by ensuring project documentation is accurate and delivered on time. You'll manage transmittal packages, coordinate construction activities, and support project teams. This role is pivotal for a high-voltage EPC company serving utility and renewable energy markets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review project documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Manage project-specific documentation and revisions
• Prepare subcontractor change orders for submittal
• Coordinate construction activities and project meetings

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Technology (or related field) preferred
• If unrelated bachelor's or associate's: 3-5 years project experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
• Clean driving record for company vehicle use

• General knowledge of high voltage substations or transmission lines
• Knowledge of scheduling software such as Primavera 6
