Description

You will lead PandaDoc's mobile team, balancing technical leadership (80%) with people management (20%). You'll own mobile architecture across iOS and Android using React Native, drive technical decisions, and mentor engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years engineering experience with significant mobile development and hands-on coding
• Proven experience leading mobile architecture and cross-platform solutions (React Native, iOS, Android)
• Strong knowledge of React, TypeScript, modern JavaScript, and mobile best practices
• Experience building shared libraries, UI components, navigation frameworks, or developer tooling
• Experienced in a product organization, balancing business and technical priorities

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve mobile app architecture across iOS, Android on React Native
• Drive technical decisions and set standards for code quality, testing, performance
• Develop shared infrastructure, libraries, and components for cross-team use
• Improve developer experience, tooling, workflows, and CI/CD pipelines
• Lead, mentor, and recruit mobile engineers, set goals and career paths
