Description

Join SpaceX's Starlink GNC team to develop autopilot algorithms for the world's largest satellite constellation and user terminals, enabling global high-speed broadband internet. You will write production-level C++ and Python code, participate in design reviews, and analyze constellation performance data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, aerospace, physics, or engineering
• Experience with C++ or Python
• Strong understanding of orbital mechanics and control theory
• Experience in verifying GNC algorithms via simulation
• Familiarity with spacecraft flight disciplines

Responsibilities

• Develop reliable GNC algorithms and simulations using C++ or Python
• Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews
• Analyze data from Starlink constellation and network
• Write technical documentation for programs and algorithms
• Support on-call operations rotation for satellite commanding and network monitoring
