Description

You will lead the implementation of AI-driven solutions within the NICE CXone platform for enterprise customers, designing and deploying chatbots, voicebots, and knowledge assistants. You'll combine technical expertise with conversational design to build scalable, high-performing AI agents and guide customers from pilot to full deployment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years professional experience, including 1+ year with AI or bot-driven applications
  • Bachelor's degree in technical or business field or equivalent experience
  • Skilled in configuring AI and contact center technologies (NLU/NLP)
  • Experience supporting large enterprise environments with complex integrations
  • Proficient with CRM integrations, APIs, and tools like Postman and Swagger

Responsibilities

  • Implement AI solutions from pilot to full deployment for enterprise customers
  • Configure CXone AI solutions covering NLU, IVR/ACD, ASR, and digital channels
  • Integrate systems with CRMs, APIs, and customer ecosystems
  • Define user intents, journeys, and decision paths for conversational AI
  • Provide technical training and enablement to customers and partners
