You'll lead a team of enterprise sales professionals driving fleet safety solutions for a fast-growing tech leader. Your core impact will be achieving revenue targets and scaling the sales organization. This role offers uncapped commission and company equity in a disruptive technology company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Meet or exceed overall sales quota for ARR and units
- Manage hiring targets, ramp time, and successful ramp % for new hires
- Execute the Management Operating System consistently and effectively
- Collaborate with Sales Development, Marketing, Product, and Business Development
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years managing complex quota-carrying sales teams with large ($10M+ ARR) quotas
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and building strong customer relationships
- Experience managing and mentoring a team of sales professionals
- Bachelor's degree required
