🎯 What You'll Do

• Complete apartment service tickets with timely follow-ups
• Manage make-ready and apartment turnover process
• Execute preventative maintenance programs
• Ensure general upkeep, cleanliness, and grounds maintenance

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in trades or residential maintenance
• HVAC, EPA, and/or NAPE certification
• Proficiency in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Ability to exert 25-50 pounds frequently and climb stairs
