You'll support the store leadership team in delivering an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits, assist with daily operations, and use your fandom knowledge to drive sales. This role offers a chance to step into leadership while working part-time.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and build customer loyalty.
• Open and close the store, handling register and closing duties.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising updates.
• Support inventory management and keep the store tidy.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
