You'll improve estimating systems and translate field expertise into product improvements. This role bridges construction domain knowledge with AI product development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run structured quality checks on blueprint takeoffs and estimates
• Maintain and refine estimating knowledge bases and material classifiers
• Map contractor material lists to enterprise vendor SKUs
• Investigate estimation issues by reviewing AI system logs and outputs

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of residential construction experience (remodeling, custom homes, or design-build)
• 1-2+ years of experience in construction material purchasing or sales
• Hands-on experience with blueprint takeoffs using PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or OST
• Familiarity with estimating platforms such as Buildertrend, JobTread, Joist, STACK, or CoConstruct
