🎯 What You'll Do

• Source passive candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, and tech communities.
• Develop personalized outreach campaigns to drive candidate engagement.
• Partner with recruiters to deeply understand role requirements.
• Track sourcing metrics and maintain clean candidate data in Ashby ATS.

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years of sourcing or recruiting experience.
• Proven success sourcing technical talent like software engineers.
• Strong Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter skills.
• Exceptional written communication for outreach messaging.
