You'll lead and structure the communications service team, focusing on management and governance rather than hands-on communications expertise. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Align communications service with organizational priorities and cross-functional coordination
• Coach and support spokespeople in public and media communications
• Coordinate public communications and events for consistency and quality
• Manage team performance, SLAs, and continuous improvement of processes
• Lead a multidisciplinary team and manage budget

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in administration, management, or communications
• 15+ years of relevant experience including several in management
• Significant experience in team and service management in a structured, unionized environment
• Experience in governance, performance management, and process improvement
